I’m a HYROX Elite 15 athlete (Elli Stenfors) — the only Finnish athlete competing at this level — and a licensed physiotherapist and coach. I’ve combined elite-level performance and injury prevention into a single online coaching system.

Hybrid training means strength + endurance in one program. You’ll do:
• Strength sessions (upper, lower, full body)
• Conditioning (running intervals, sprints, machine-based intervals, VO₂ & threshold work)
• HYROX-style workouts for endurance & power

All exercises include physiotherapy-inspired accessory work, helping your joints, movement, and recovery.

• Level 2 (Intermediate): balanced strength & endurance
